About the Campus

Grand Erie Six Nations Clinical Education Campus (CEC) provides clinical medical education to McMaster undergraduate and postgraduate learners in the regions of Brant, Haldimand and Norfolk counties.

Brant Community Healthcare System (BCHS) is an affiliated teaching site of McMaster University Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine. In 2013, the Department of Family Medicine opened the Grand Erie Six Nations Family Medicine Teaching Site offering six CaRMS-matched residency positions.

Clinical Placements Learn More

Grand Erie Six Nations Clinical Education Campus joined the Mac-CARE program in July 2008. Every year, over 360 core and elective clinical placements take place at this site, rotations include: Anesthesia, Cardiology, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Hospitalist, and Internal Medicine, and OBS/GYN.
